Now hiring for a Meter Cleaner
Location: Baxter, MN
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00am – 2:30pm OR 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

Job Duties
  • Assemble, test, clean, and package watt-hour meters
  • Sort and organize incoming materials
  • Follow quality and safety procedures during production
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work in a climate-controlled indoor environment
  • Learn production processes through provided on-the-job training
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
  • Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Meter Cleaner.
