Location: Springfield, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4 PM

Job Duties

What You Will Do

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Production Associate supports efficient manufacturing by performing a wide variety of production responsibilities that contribute to safe, productive operations. This position combines strong work habits with attention to quality and teamwork to support manufacturing excellence.

The Production Associate requires adaptability, dependability, and the ability to perform production tasks while maintaining quality standards and workplace safety. Successful candidates contribute directly to efficient manufacturing operations and customer satisfaction.
