Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Experience Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Working knowledge of 120V and 230V AC systems, including single-phase and three-phase power.
- Experience with 12V and 24V DC electrical components.
- PLC troubleshooting experience, including Allen-Bradley and GE Fanuc systems.
- Experience with machine wiring, electrical controls, and pneumatics.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC maintenance experience.
- Experience maintaining air compressors, generators, and building systems.
- Basic plumbing repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to safely operate and drive a box truck as needed.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance tools, components, and equipment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
- Ability to work safely around electrical systems, machinery, and industrial equipment.
- Must be able to wear required PPE and work in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and production machinery.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Install, repair, and maintain machine electrical systems and controls.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
- Maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, generators, and basic plumbing systems as needed.
- Support warehouse operations, including occasional box truck operation and material transport.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.
