Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training in CNC machining, manufacturing, or precision machining is a plus.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
Experience Requirements
- Previous CNC machine operation, machining, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or other production machining equipment.
- Ability to perform machine setups, adjust offsets, and select appropriate tooling and fixtures.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection tools.
- Understanding of machining tolerances, quality standards, and production requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CNC controls, machine tooling, machine offsets, and troubleshooting techniques.
- CNC programming or G-code experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform shop math and interpret measurements accurately.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Willingness to work overtime, additional shifts, or weekends as business demands require.
Job Duties
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to manufacture precision components.
- Load raw materials, install tooling and fixtures, and verify machine setups prior to production runs.
- Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot basic machining issues.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
- Complete production documentation, perform routine equipment maintenance, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

What You Will Do
As a CNC Machine Operator you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications.
