Location: Addison, IL
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Entry-level position
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read a ruler, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Experience with electrical testing or quality control is a plus
- Wind, insulate, and finish transformer coils
- Assemble transformer cores and electrical components
- Perform basic wiring and assembly tasks
- Use hand tools and measuring devices accurately
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Manufacturing Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
