Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
- Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
- Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
- Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do
