Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer and data entry skills required.
- Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and follow warehouse procedures.
- Experience with inventory management systems, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of inventory control, warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or materials management experience preferred.
- Experience conducting cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining accurate records.
- Previous experience operating warehouse equipment such as Cherry Pickers, forklifts, or pallet jacks is preferred.

- Experience using warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, and inventory tracking software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory and materials as required.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including Cherry Pickers and pallet jacks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
- Ability to maintain productivity while following all safety requirements.
Job Duties
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
- Verify inventory quantities, storage locations, and product accuracy throughout the warehouse.
- Research, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies and reporting errors.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate inventory information within warehouse management systems.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and relocating inventory as needed.
- Report inventory shortages, damages, and count variances to management.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized to maximize inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including Cherry Pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Partner with warehouse associates and management teams to maintain inventory integrity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company policies and procedures.

What You Will Do
As a Inventory Control Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and cycle counts. Verify inventory quantities and locations throughout the warehouse. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies. Accurately enter and update inventory information in the warehouse management system. Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and moving inventory as needed. Conduct physical inventory audits and report shortages, damages, or incorrect product counts. Work closely with warehouse associates and management to maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized. Operate warehouse equipment, including Cherry Picker forklifts or pallet jack. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
