Pay Rate: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, welding, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and maintenance manuals.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical, or maintenance technician experience.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and machinery.
  • Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
  • Experience supporting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial maintenance, electrical, welding, or related certifications preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to safely operate a 3-ton forklift.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, overtime, and support emergency maintenance needs.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and performing physical maintenance tasks.
  • Must be able to safely work around industrial equipment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Job Duties
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Inspect machinery, monitor lubricant levels, and complete routine servicing tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, pipe fitting, and plant improvement projects.
  • Maintain HVAC, lighting, water, sewer, and other building systems.
  • Support production goals by improving equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and quality while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the long-term performance of equipment through inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role requires technical knowledge, mechanical skill, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability.

Successful Maintenance Technician professionals use diagnostic thinking and practical experience to identify maintenance needs, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the workplace. Strong communication and teamwork help ensure maintenance activities support operational goals.
