Education Requirements- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, or two years of manufacturing experience considered.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, quality standards, and operating procedures.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools, including rulers and digital calipers.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, foundry, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
- Experience handling materials, packaging products, and supporting production operations.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work instructions, and maintenance procedures.
- Experience maintaining production, quality, and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
- Forklift certification and experience operating a 3-ton forklift.
- Knowledge of general plant operations, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
- Ability to perform continuous lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in hot, humid, noisy manufacturing environments around moving machinery.
- Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform general labor and production support activities while following all safety procedures.
- Assist with assembly, disassembly, packaging, and material handling operations.
- Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Support production schedules while meeting quality and efficiency goals.
- Operate equipment and forklifts safely when qualified and authorized.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
