Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to complete company training and successfully pass a 90-day probationary period.
  • Willingness to obtain forklift and material-handling equipment certification.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience.
  • Previous order picking, packing, and inventory control experience.
  • Experience working with paper pick tickets, sales orders, and shipping documentation.
  • Familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems.
  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and international shipping processes.
  • Basic computer, data entry, and math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift and material-handling equipment experience.
  • Experience verifying part numbers, lot numbers, and inventory accuracy.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, shipping compliance, and customer-specific shipping requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials weighing up to 60+ lbs. as needed.
  • Ability to perform repetitive warehouse tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Commitment to following workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Job Duties
  • Pick, pack, and verify customer orders for accuracy using pick tickets and shipping systems.
  • Prepare shipments, print labels, process documentation, and coordinate domestic and international deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations.
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Assist with housekeeping, pallet breakdown, and warehouse organization.
  • Work closely with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment.
