Schedule: 3rd Shift | 10 PM – 6:30 AM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, machine operator, or quality inspection role preferred.
- Experience operating sorting bowl machines and vision systems is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems for production reporting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with quality control and inspection processes preferred.

- Computer proficiency and ability to accurately enter production data.

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to manually sort parts and perform visual inspections for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
- Operate production equipment, sorting bowl machines, and automated vision systems to maintain efficient production flow.
- Monitor and keep sorting bowls running while controlling incoming and outgoing materials.
- Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects, non-conforming parts, and quality concerns.
- Package finished products, create master labels, and ensure cartons are properly identified for shipment.
- Accurately report production output and scrap within the ERP system and maintain production records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow ISO/IATF quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies, and stop production when quality or safety concerns are identified.

What You Will Do
As a Sorting Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures.
