Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.

Job Duties
- Operate production equipment, sorting bowls, and vision systems.
- Monitor and keep sorting bowls running efficiently.
- Inspect parts for defects and quality concerns.
- Control incoming and outgoing materials.
- Package parts and label cartons correctly.
- Report production and scrap quantities in the ERP system.
- Create and print product labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Sorting Machine Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
