Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Technical, mechanical, or vocational training is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Experience Requirements
- 0-1 years of assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience
- Prior experience using hand and power tools preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a production environment is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to learn mechanical assembly, teardown, and repair procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of engines, pumps, motors, or industrial equipment preferred
- Willingness to learn fabrication, testing, and equipment modification processes
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Manual dexterity to work with small components and tight tolerances
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while following safety procedures
Job Duties
- Assemble, disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery, engines, pumps, motors, and related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, sketches, and work instructions
- Use hand tools and power tools to fit, align, adjust, and install components
- Assist with equipment testing, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Support fabrication, modification, and overhaul of mechanical assemblies
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to support assembly processes
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all company policies and procedures
- Prioritize work assignments, communicate effectively, and meet production schedules

What You Will DoAs a Mechanical Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.
