Now hiring for a Bilingual Office Administrator – English/Spanish
Location: Orange, CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start time, 8-hour shift

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator to support daily office operations in a manufacturing environment. This role combines administrative, receptionist, and customer service responsibilities while serving as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, visitors, and vendors.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software.
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Job Duties
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet, check in, and assist visitors, customers, and guests
  • Provide professional customer service and support
  • File, organize, and maintain office paperwork and records
  • Assist with general administrative and receptionist duties
  • Communicate with employees, customers, and visitors
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the workday
  • Support daily office operations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
  • Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Office Administrator.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
  • Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
