Education Requirements- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Training or experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or recruiting operations experience in a large corporate environment.
- Experience supporting executive-level recruitment and high-volume interview scheduling.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex interviews across multiple time zones.
- Experience working directly with senior leaders, executive assistants, and hiring managers.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and recruiting best practices.
- Advanced ATS, scheduling, and recruiting systems experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate executive interviews, calendars, travel arrangements, and candidate logistics.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and executive assistants to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Prepare interview schedules, candidate packets, reports, offer documentation, and onboarding materials.
- Utilize ATS systems to manage candidate records, compliance documentation, and recruitment workflows.
- Support sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, diversity initiatives, and recruiting projects.
- Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate records, and ensure process compliance.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service.
