• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Training or experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or recruiting operations experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience supporting executive-level recruitment and high-volume interview scheduling.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex interviews across multiple time zones.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders, executive assistants, and hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and recruiting best practices.
• Advanced ATS, scheduling, and recruiting systems experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Coordinate executive interviews, calendars, travel arrangements, and candidate logistics.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and executive assistants to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Prepare interview schedules, candidate packets, reports, offer documentation, and onboarding materials.
• Utilize ATS systems to manage candidate records, compliance documentation, and recruitment workflows.
• Support sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, diversity initiatives, and recruiting projects.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate records, and ensure process compliance.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service.
