Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling practices.
  • Ability to read warehouse layouts, location maps, and work instructions.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, material handling, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and organization.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment during facility reconfiguration projects.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and wear required PPE.
Job Duties
  • Assist with warehouse rack installation, relocation, reconfiguration, and storage optimization projects.
  • Move, organize, label, and stage inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support inventory transfers, cycle counts, receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations as needed.
  • Inspect racking systems and storage areas, reporting damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to leadership.
  • Measure, mark, and prepare warehouse locations for new storage configurations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, maintenance, and project teams to meet deadlines and improve facility efficiency.
  • Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and OSHA regulations.
