Location: Pine Brook, NJ
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
5:30 AM – 2 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Sort mail, parcels, and packages by ZIP code, route, destination, or customer
- Load and unload packages from conveyors and sorting equipment
- Scan items using handheld scanners or automated systems
- Inspect labels and routing information for accuracy
- Place sorted mail and packages into designated bins, carts, containers, or pallets
- Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Mail Sorter.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
