Location: West Memphis, AR
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Willingness to complete required workplace safety and equipment training, including metal detector training when applicable.
Experience Requirements
  • Production/machine operator experience.
  • Experience performing visual quality inspections and identifying product defects is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Physical Capabilities
  • Frequently lift, move, and stack products weighing up to  pounds.
  • Perform repetitive bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, including hot summer and cold winter conditions.
  • Maintain consistent production speed while safely handling materials and finished products.
Job Duties
  • Remove finished bags or tubes from production lines and stack products on pallets according to required configurations and specifications.
  • Perform continuous visual inspections, separating defective products and directing reworkable items to designated areas.
  • Follow established pallet patterns to ensure neat, stable, and accurate product stacking.
  • Monitor metal detector systems when applicable and immediately inspect or quarantine affected products.
  • Communicate recurring quality concerns to machine operators and assist with production stoppages when necessary.
  • Support machine operators with paper roll changes and other production tasks as needed.
  • Count products accurately by layer, place identification labels or pallet tickets on completed pallets, and maintain production records.
  • Sort scrap materials according to company procedures and dispose of them in designated containers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while assisting with machine and workstation cleanup.
