Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM + Fridays | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Duties- Assemble and package items using hand, power tools, or automatic machines
- Inspect parts/tools during assembly
- Assist in training other workers (regular or temporary staffing agency) on daily processes and quality standards
Requirements
- 3 months of previous industrial assembly experience
- Able to lift 35 lbs. + stand for 8 hours a day

What You Will DoAs a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.
A Assembler helps manufacture finished products by assembling components accurately and efficiently according to established procedures. This role requires mechanical skill, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to quality throughout the assembly process.
The Assembler combines blueprint reading, hand tool operation, component inspection, and problem-solving skills to produce dependable finished assemblies while supporting safe manufacturing operations.
