Location: Jurupa Valley, CA
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Monday to Friday 2pm to 10:30pm | Overtime as needed

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the warehouse and facility. This role supports plant operations by performing cleaning and sanitation duties, operating sanitation equipment, and helping ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, and previous sanitation experience is a plus.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
  • Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with sanitation equipment and cleaning chemicals preferred
Job Duties
  • Clean floors and work areas throughout multiple warehouse departments
  • Use air pressure water hoses to clean racks, machinery, and equipment
  • Perform sweeping, sanitation, and general cleaning tasks
  • Assist with plant-wide sanitation projects and preventive cleaning programs
  • Clean outside building perimeters and surrounding work areas as needed
  • Wash and sanitize surfaces and equipment using approved cleaning chemicals and tools
  • Operate a baler and other sanitation-related equipment as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Physical Capabilities
  • Must be able to perform very heavy physical work
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, and industrial equipment
  • Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and safety standards

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Sanitation Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Warehouse Sanitation Worker contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.

The Warehouse Sanitation Worker supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
