Now hiring for a Production Worker
Location: Harahan, LA
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed)

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, bottling, warehouse, or production environment preferred
  • Experience working on production lines or in high-volume labor roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and food/beverage manufacturing standards preferred
Job Duties
  • Sort, inspect, and stack empty crates, shells, trays, and returnable bottles
  • Remove shrink wrap from shell pallets and place materials into recycling bales
  • Supply shells to production lines to maintain continuous operations
  • Remove empty shells from production areas and transport them to staging locations
  • Perform repetitive lifting and handling of materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, conveyor systems, and storage zones
  • Monitor shell flow and report shortages or line issues to supervisors
  • Assist with production line startup and shutdown activities
  • Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
  • Sweep floors, remove debris, and clean work areas throughout the shift
  • Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work continuously throughout the shift
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and stack up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, or noisy industrial environments
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced setting

As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
