Location: Tucson, AZ
Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Full Time | 8 AM – 5 PM | May include evenings and weekends

Looking for Manufacturing Customer Service Representative jobs in Tucson where great communication makes a real difference? The Manufacturing Client Service Representative plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction, order management, and operational efficiency. This position works closely with customers, production teams, laboratory personnel, sales managers, and logistics partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing high-volume data entry while maintaining professionalism in challenging customer situations.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
  • Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Inside Sales
  • Strong ERP skills, ideally with Microsoft.
  • Ability to handle upset or demanding customers professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Basic financial understanding for Accounts Receivable support.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Buyer experience required.
Job Duties
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, inquiries, and complaints
  • Enter, process, and manage customer orders within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Verify pricing, product codes, quantities, and delivery dates before releasing orders
  • Track order status and provide timely updates to customers
  • Coordinate with production teams regarding schedules, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Communicate customer requests for samples, new colors, and product approvals with laboratory staff
  • Collaborate with sales managers to address customer priorities, complaints, and special requests
  • Support logistics operations by assisting with shipment scheduling and delivery issue resolution
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable functions including invoices, documentation, reconciliations, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and financial records
  • ERP system knowledge required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
  • Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
  • Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
  • Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
  • Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
