Job Duties
- Operate automatic, transfer, and robotic stamping presses to meet production goals.
- Set up production jobs according to daily schedules and manufacturing specifications.
- Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet established standards.
- Enter production data, downtime events, scrap information, and inventory transactions into Plex manufacturing software.
- Follow packaging instructions and production procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate equipment, tooling, feed line, or production issues to supervisors and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and return tools to designated storage locations.
- Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality standards at all times.
- Assist with additional production-related duties as assigned.
