Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.25 per hour
Schedules: 

  • A Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $17/hr.
  • B Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM | $17.50/hr.
  • C Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $17.75/hr.
  • D Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $18.25/hr.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and accurately complete inventory transactions.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners are a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • Picking experience is preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners, pick-to-light systems, or inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Strong reliability, attendance, and teamwork skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety and best practices.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout 12-hour shifts.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
  • Must wear closed-toe shoes and comply with all dress code and safety requirements.

Job Duties

  • Use pick-to-light systems and RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders.
  • Pull, stage, and prepare products for packing and shipping.
  • Receive, sort, organize, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Move materials safely using pallet jacks, carts, and approved warehouse equipment.
  • Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and order accuracy goals.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, operational guidelines, and workplace policies.

You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
