Location: Dayton, OH
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overtime as needed)

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- 5 years of previous machine operating experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures is a plus
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and dependable work history
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Monitor equipment to maintain quality and production goals
- Make machine adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Complete production records and documentation
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will DoAs a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
