Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
- Experience working with hand tools and production equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Assemble and prepare frames and molds for casting operations
- Measure, mix, and pour materials according to production specifications
- Monitor casting processes to ensure product quality and consistency
- Remove finished products from molds and prepare them for the next stage of production
- Perform visual inspections and identify defects or quality concerns
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
