Now hiring for a Finisher Plater
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Rate: $19.25 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
3-day workweek

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
  • Experience with inspection, packaging, or assembly processes is a plus
Job Duties
  • Provide support services to line operators
  • Perform proper post-plating rinsing and drying procedures
  • Follow inspection and packaging procedures to ensure product quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
  • Learn and apply racking techniques to optimize product quality and quantity
  • Build racks to maximize production output for new products
  • Assist with general production and material handling duties as needed

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Must be able to lift up to lbs.

What You Will Do

As a Finisher Plater you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Finisher Plater supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks that help create quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
