Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-4:00 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain/maintain certification preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality procedures.
- 5-7 years of experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, assembly, or material handling operations.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to assemble equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and basic inventory management practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Clear MVR.
- Math skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely load and unload trucks and operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Capable of working in a variety of warehouse and industrial conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying freight against bills of lading and purchase orders.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring safe handling of materials and equipment.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and store inventory on racks, shelves, and designated warehouse locations.
- Coordinate shipments and material movement with project management, parts sales, fabrication, and production teams.
- Maintain tool inventory and complete material requisitions for stock items.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct forklift training for team members as assigned.
- Attend project planning meetings and support multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to all company safety procedures.
