Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or metalworking is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, measurements, and production specifications.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and required PPE usage.
Experience Requirements
  • 1+ years of material handler, forklift, band saw, and water jet experience.
  • Previous experience operating industrial cutting and material-handling equipment in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Hands-on experience with waterjet cutting machines, plasma cutting equipment, and horizontal or vertical band saws required.
  • Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists to safely move raw materials and finished products.
  • Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
  • Dependable team player with a commitment to safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift, move, and position heavy materials using appropriate lifting equipment.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely work around heavy machinery, moving equipment, and industrial materials.
  • Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Job Duties
  • Safely operate waterjet cutting machines to produce precision-cut parts and components from a variety of materials.
  • Set up and operate horizontal and vertical band saws to cut metal bars, tubing, and plate materials to required specifications.
  • Utilize plasma cutting equipment to support fabrication and production requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
  • Inspect finished materials and cut parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
  • Safely load, unload, transport, and stage materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, equipment inspections, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
