Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent industry experience will be considered

Experience Requirements

  • 5-10 years of professional sales experience in pools, landscape construction, outdoor living, home renovation, or related industries
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and closing contracts
  • Experience generating leads through referrals, networking, and relationship building
  • Proficiency with 3D design software (Pool Studio preferred), Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of construction concepts, site conditions, permitting processes, and technical requirements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills

Job Duties

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking events, and community involvement
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial consultation through contract execution and project handoff
  • Design custom pools and outdoor living spaces using 3D design software
  • Conduct site evaluations, measurements, and assessments to ensure designs are functional and buildable
  • Present professional proposals and educate clients on design options, materials, features, and project value
  • Collaborate with drafting, engineering, permitting, and construction teams throughout the project development process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the design and sales phase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue goals

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, networking events, and property evaluations
  • Ability to walk outdoor job sites and navigate varying terrain
  • Ability to perform field measurements and assessments as needed
  • Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods
