Location: Harlingen, TX
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6 AM – 2:30 PM

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Additional inventory, warehouse, or materials management training is a plus.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of data entry, inventory control, warehouse, or related experience.
  • Oracle MRP experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience generating reports, processing inventory transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • SAP MRP experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, and reaching throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dirt, oil, and moving equipment.
  • Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear.
Job Duties
  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process inventory transactions, cycle counts, and materials-related documentation.
  • Utilize Oracle and SAP systems for inventory reporting, tracking, and cost roll activities.
  • Scan, index, verify, and maintain warehouse and inventory records.
  • Prepare reports and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and other departments to ensure efficient material flow.
  • Follow company procedures, safety standards, and required training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
