Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required; Technical/Trade School certification in Industrial Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical Systems, Welding, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow technical manuals, maintenance procedures, safety standards, and equipment documentation.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications related to boiler systems, refrigeration, forklifts, and other plant equipment as required by local, state, or industry regulations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Facilities Technician, or related skilled trade position.
- Experience with mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, conveyor systems, industrial equipment repair, HVAC, electrical systems, welding, or automotive repair preferred.
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or SAP for inventory, parts ordering, reporting, and data entry.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, food manufacturing standards, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts up to 16 hours as needed.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach while handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet, access elevated work areas, and work around industrial machinery.
- Must be able to work in temperature-controlled and production environments ranging from 50°F to 120°F.
- Ability to identify equipment issues through sight, sound, smell, and other sensory indicators.
- Perform preventive maintenance, equipment lubrication, inspections, and mechanical repairs on production and conveyor systems.
- Troubleshoot and replace worn or malfunctioning mechanical drive components and equipment parts.
- Utilize SAP for parts checkout, maintenance reporting, and data entry.
- Follow environmental, food safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct work safely by following OSHA, safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support plant operations through equipment maintenance, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work scheduled shifts, overtime, and assigned maintenance duties as needed.

What You Will DoAs a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
