Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Industrial Maintenance Technology training or equivalent experience preferred
  • Technical certifications in maintenance, electrical systems, or related fields are a plus
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or facility maintenance
  • Experience in three or more maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, plumbing, or welding
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, AC/DC drives, and automation systems
  • Experience with electrical systems and National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS/MMS) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of LOTO, confined space, fall protection, and electrical safety procedures
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance tools, equipment, and materials
  • Ability to work at heights using scissor lifts and aerial lifts
  • Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies and work overtime as needed
Job Duties
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, robotic, and automated systems
  • Maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, steam systems, and utility equipment
  • Install, test, evaluate, and repair electrical components and control systems
  • Perform welding, fabrication, bearing replacement, lubrication, and pump maintenance
  • Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Document repairs and maintenance activities in CMMS software
  • Operate forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and train less experienced technicians
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety policies
  • Participate in plant emergency response, HazMat response, and first responder programs as needed

What You Will Do

As a Industrial Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
