Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional education in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Administrative or clerical experience required
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Experience using HRIS systems, Google Workspace, or similar platforms preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Reliable transportation required
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to employee and candidate inquiries
- Manage email communications in a professional and timely manner
- Enter, update, and maintain employee information within the HRIS system
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support HR operations
- Utilize Google platforms and other software applications to complete daily assignments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general support to the Human Resources team as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous human resources, recruiting, office administration, payroll, or employee relations experience is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, onboarding, or benefits administration is beneficial.
- Knowledge of employment practices, workplace policies, compliance, or personnel administration is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, discretion, communication skills, and strong organizational ability are well positioned for success as a HR Administrator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate professionally in person, by phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity throughout the workday.

What You Will DoAs a HR Administrator you will support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, policy communication, personnel documentation, HR reporting, employee inquiries, and other human resources activities. You will maintain confidential information, coordinate with employees and managers, and help ensure HR processes are completed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with company policies.
The HR Administrator supports employees and management by assisting with human resources programs, personnel administration, and employee support activities. This role requires professionalism, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
A successful HR Administrator understands employee communication, HR procedures, documentation, and workplace policies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Dependable performance contributes directly to organizational success.
