Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday | 10am – 8:30pm

Looking for CDL A Yard Hostler jobs in Orlando where every mile matters? This opportunity puts your driving skills to work transporting goods safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting the businesses and customers that keep the economy moving.

• Operate a yard goat with an automatic transmission.
• Move trailers in and out of dock doors safely and efficiently.
• Transport trailers between nearby facilities on public roads.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Verify trailers are clear before pulling away from dock doors.
• Complete 30-50 trailer moves per shift.
• Follow all yard, safety, and DOT regulations.

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
• Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.
• Strong backing skills, including blindside backing.
• Experience maneuvering trailers in tight spaces preferred.

What You Will Do

As a CDL A Yard Hostler you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
