Education Requirements- Journeyman Plumber License required
- Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems, water supply lines, and sanitation systems
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, schematics, plumbing codes, and pipe-fitting tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently
- Understanding of safety regulations and commercial construction practices
- Crew leadership or foreman experience is a plus
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, sinks, toilets, and water heaters
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate installations
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and other repair needs
- Test plumbing systems and components to verify proper function and performance
- Pull permits and coordinate required inspections to maintain project compliance
- Ensure all work meets local building codes, state regulations, and company quality standards
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping using hand and power tools
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and customers to complete projects on schedule
- Mentor and assist crew members while maintaining a productive and safe work environment
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and daily activities
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and working in confined spaces
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
