Now hiring for a Operator Helper
Location: Lexington, KY
$13.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Job Duties
  • Load metal parts into machines or onto racks for the electroplating process
  • Unload finished parts after processing
  • Package products for shipping or storage
  • Inspect parts for quality and proper handling
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Operator Helper.

Physical Capabilities

  • Work in a manufacturing environment where parts may contain oil residue
  • Closed-toed shoes and long pants are required
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do

As a Operator Helper you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Operator Helper contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.

The Operator Helper supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
