Pay Rate: $31.25 – $36.06 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 7 PM – 5:30 AM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume operational environment preferred.
- Knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, attendance management, accommodations, investigations, and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout a warehouse environment during the workday.
- Frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR support.
- Review attendance records, audit timecards, and process employee transactions in Workday.
- Support employee relations, investigations, accommodations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Promote employee engagement, recognition programs, retention initiatives, and workplace culture.
- Partner with Operations on workplace safety and OSHA compliance efforts.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, reporting, agency partnerships, compliance activities, and internal communications using tools such as Canva.

What You Will Do
As a HR Generalist you will support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, policy communication, personnel documentation, HR reporting, employee inquiries, and other human resources activities. You will maintain confidential information, coordinate with employees and managers, and help ensure HR processes are completed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with company policies.
