Now hiring for a Case Picker
Location: Portland, OR
$24.50 per hour
Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10 PM – 6:30 AM

This Case Picker job in Portland is made for people who like to stay busy and build something real.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous order picking experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Experience using RF scanners preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Pick and verify customer orders using an RF scanner
- Operate various forklifts as needed throughout the shift
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Palletize products for shipment
- Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity goals
- Follow all safety and warehouse procedures
- Assist with general warehouse operations as assigned
- Lift up to 60 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Walk, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Wear steel-toe or composite-toe footwear

As a Case Picker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
The Case Picker supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks that help create quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
