Location: Huntersville, NC
$18.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or related technical training preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing machine operator experience required
- Stable work history required
- Experience working with production machinery and manufacturing processes
- SAP experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Job Duties
- Set up textile manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions
- Operate machinery used in the production of fiberglass tubes and tubed liners
- Monitor production runs to ensure efficient operation and consistent product quality
- Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs
- Identify and correct minor machine malfunctions and assist with major repairs as needed
- Report equipment issues and production irregularities to supervisors
- Package finished products and complete all required production documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Perform shift handoffs and communicate production updates to incoming team members
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will DoAs a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
The Machine Operator supports manufacturing success by operating production equipment according to established safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and dependable work habits throughout every shift.
