• Rotate between work areas as directed

• Wear required PPE at all times
• Follow sanitation, food safety, and quality guidelines
• Report safety, mechanical, or production line issues promptly
• Support continuous production and team goals
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Capabilities

• Lift 10-18 pounds regularly
• Twist, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Packaging Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
