Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Previous production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Package ice cream, popsicles, and smoothie products according to company standards
• Inspect products for quality, defects, or damage before packaging
• Label products accurately and verify shipping information
• Operate basic packaging equipment and production tools
• Palletize finished products for shipment
• Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies are low
• Assist with inventory counts and product movement as needed
• Report equipment issues or product concerns to supervisors
• Meet daily production and packaging goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work in cold manufacturing conditions as required
