• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No formal education requirement for entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools is required
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift
• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds as needed
• Manual dexterity for precise, hands-on assembly work

• Assemble products and mechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints
• Safely use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assemblies
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret assembly diagrams and instructions
• Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while following all company safety policies

As an Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
