Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)

Education Requirements- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience will be considered.
- HR certification or recruitment training is a plus.
- 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
- Experience managing multiple job openings and supporting hiring efforts across multiple business units or locations.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, interviewing, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment best practices.
- Manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or production recruiting experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet hiring goals, manage competing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through video conferencing.
- Must be able to travel occasionally to locations within the Houston area.
- Ability to maintain focus while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and candidate communications.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Create and post SEO-optimized job advertisements to maximize candidate reach and applicant quality.
- Review applications, screen resumes, and evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews while assessing candidate fit for organizational culture and job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and the offer process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
- Build talent pipelines through relationships with schools, community organizations, and industry networks.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
