Location: Wrightsville, PA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5 AM – 3 PM

Job Duties
  • Assemble machines, equipment, subassemblies, and components according to drawings, work orders, and specifications.
  • Follow established assembly processes and job progression steps.
  • Fasten components using hand tools, bolts, screws, and other hardware.
  • Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read and utilize Travelers and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 6S initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of related mechanical assembly experience.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations, including working with fractions and decimals, and use measuring tools accurately.
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Physical Capabilities
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular use of hands for handling, assembling, and operating tools.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, and balancing.
  • Vision capabilities necessary for detailed assembly and inspection work.
  • Manufacturing/shop environment.
  • Exposure to typical shop conditions, machinery, and production equipment.
  • Moderate noise levels with occasional high-noise conditions.

What You Will Do

As a Mechanical Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
