Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Operate production machinery used to manufacture metal door frames and AC vent doors
• Fabricate custom sheet metal products according to customer specifications
• Produce metal closet bifold doors and metal door frames
• Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Production Frame Fabricator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

As a Production Frame Fabricator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures.
