Job Duties- Follow all process SOPs and training to ensure proper machine operation and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with all company rules and safety procedures.
- Monitor product quality throughout the process and report any abnormalities to the team leader.
- Record production data, complete shift handovers, and communicate machine and material status.
- Strive to meet production goals for efficiency and quality, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred — or real-world know-how that gets the job done.
- 1 year of Assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Can lift (up to) 25 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
- Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team’s back.
