• 1st Shift: 6:50 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:50 PM – 7:00 AM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• No prior machine operating experience required
• Willingness to learn and complete a structured training program
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Tend and operate molding machines in a manufacturing environment
• Perform periodic quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Monitor machine cycles and identify quality concerns
• Remove molded parts and perform secondary finishing operations
• Trim excess material using hand tools, drills, cutting pliers, and deburring tools
• Follow job orders, work instructions, and production documentation
• Assist with drilling, tapping, reaming, and in-process inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Complete training program lasting approximately 3 months to 1 year

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Mold Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
