Pay Range: $25.25 – $36.20 per hour
Schedules Available:
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM-11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday Night-Saturday Morning, 10:45 PM-7:00 AM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Technical training in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience processing plastics with injection molding machines
- Experience troubleshooting injection molding processes and equipment
- Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, charts, and technical data
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to make minor modifications to NC/CNC equipment programs
- Computer proficiency for entering and tracking production data
- Start up injection molding machines and perform process adjustments
- Ensure products meet quality specifications before releasing jobs to production
- Troubleshoot production issues involving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Analyze process performance and make corrections to optimize production
- Perform machine shutdown procedures and material purges
- Monitor molding parameters including temperature, pressure, and cycle times
- Work with high-performance engineering materials and understand their response to heat, speed, and pressure
- Utilize precision measuring equipment to verify product quality
- Maintain production records and enter data into computer systems
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
- Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Process Technician.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
- Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.

What You Will DoAs a Process Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The Process Technician is responsible for supporting the long-term performance of equipment through inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role requires technical knowledge, mechanical skill, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability.
Successful Process Technician professionals use diagnostic thinking and practical experience to identify maintenance needs, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the workplace. Strong communication and teamwork help ensure maintenance activities support operational goals.
