Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 5 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Thursday
Occasionally overtime is 5 AM – 3:30 PM + Fridays/Saturdays | 5 AM- 1 PM

Education Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and understand basic English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read tape measures, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.

- Ability to safely use hand and power tools, including crimpers, wire strippers, torque tools, and drills.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.

- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms up to 30 feet.
- Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hard hats, hearing protection, and other safety equipment as needed.
- Run, bundle, install, and terminate wires according to electrical diagrams and company standards.
- Install devices, nameplates, space heaters, CTs, MCC wiring, switchgear wiring, and harnesses.
- Perform drilling, tapping, continuity testing, and in-process inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow ISO, quality, and safety standards while working with production teams.

What You Will DoAs a Wiring Associate you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
